How I stopped being toxic towards myself

It’s admirable that you recognize the need to stop being toxic towards yourself. Here are some steps you can take to cultivate self-compassion and promote a healthier relationship with yourself:

  8. Seek professional support: Consider reaching out to a therapist or counselor who can provide guidance, support, and tools to help you overcome toxic patterns and develop healthier coping mechanisms.
  9. Challenge perfectionism: Let go of the need for perfection and embrace self-acceptance. Recognize that making mistakes is a natural part of growth and learning. Celebrate your achievements and progress, no matter how small.
