All the things I’ve done to put my Hashimoto’s into Remission

Important Health Disclaimer: This website does not replace any visit to your doctor’s. This website contains my personal experiences. I am not a doctor, but an experiencer/patient. I have successfully put Hashimoto’s into remission, but still have antibodies at this point. My work against my autoimmunity is a daily and continuous effort.

I am vegan, have both developed and diminished Hashimoto while being vegan and I will probably remain a vegan – for the animals and nature.

What you won’t find here is a praise of bone broth or other animal proteins – I think this may be interesting to fellow vegans.

Did you know?

I donate 10% of the profit I make from this website to reforestation projects
+ another 10% to farm animal sanctuaries.

And I’m f***ing happy about that!

Here are all the things that have helped me the most, all in one place:

I just do it because it feels good.)
